WinPro Shipping & Returns Policy

WinPro Solutions will ship in stock items with our delivery driver anywhere in the Greater Kansas City area. Orders that are placed will often be delivered the next day. At times, WinPro will not be able to deliver until the following business day. Please express a preferred shipping date and WinPro will strive to accommodate your request.

WinPro Truck Shipping:

  • $10/destination within a 39 mile radius
  • $20/destination 40 – 60 miles
  • Over 60 miles, delivery fee To be Determined

Out of town shipments are UPS Ground and the cost will be added to the order

If interested, WinPro can set up customer accounts where we keep your information on file, including credit card info, for ease of purchasing. Or, we can set your company up on a credit account and bill you on a 30-day cycle. To create a cash or charge account, you will need to fill out the appropriate application. Creating an account allows us to consistently offer great deals to you based on frequency and volume.

WinPro special order items that are returned will include a 25% restocking fee, plus what ever the vendor charges WinPro for restocking.

When a customer needs to return a stocked item, there will be a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for shipping charges to and from WinPro.

WinPro will not be held accountable for misordered parts for machines not in our repair shop. To ensure the right parts are being ordered, WinPro will need the make and model of the machine and all other information about the part.
